Day 1: Windhoek to Namib Desert
Your guide will pick you up from your hotel between 9:00 and 9:30 am. Departure is at 10:00 am, driving south to Sossusvlei via the Spreetshoogte Pass. You will stop at a viewpoint to see the wide desert landscape.
Lunch will be at Solitaire Oasis before arriving at the lodge or campsite between 3:00 and 4:00 pm. Since the afternoon is hot, you can relax by the pool. An early rest is recommended as tomorrow starts very early.
Day 2: Dune 45 and Sossusvlei Desert Experience
The day begins before sunrise to catch the morning light over the desert. After passing through Sesriem, you will continue to Sossusvlei with red dunes on both sides of the road. The scenery includes white plains, red dunes, and a bright blue sky.
You will climb Dune 45 for views of the orange desert, visit Dead Vlei with its ancient trees, and climb Big Mama, one of the tallest dunes. Later, you will return to camp to rest or enjoy the pool.
In the afternoon, you can take a short hike through Sesriem Canyon. Afterward, you will freshen up, have dinner, and relax in the evening.
Day 3: Swakopmund
You will drive northwest through the desert landscapes of Namib Naukluft National Park, passing Ghaub and Kuiseb Canyon via Kuiseb Pass.
At Walvis Bay, you will reach the coast before continuing to Swakopmund, where the cooler air will welcome you for your one-night stay. Activities are available in Swakopmund at your own cost. After freshening up, you can walk through the town and along the waterfront before dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 5: Kamanjab to Etosha National Park
