Onguma Collection is a group of luxury camps and lodges located just outside the eastern boundary of Etosha National Park, directly opposite Namutoni Gate. The collection includes The Fort, Tree Top Camp, Tented Camp, and Ongava Tented Camp, each giving guests a different type of safari experience.
The Fort is built with Moroccan-inspired architecture and offers comfortable suites with plunge pools, a spacious dining area, and wide views over Fisher’s Pan. Tree Top Camp lifts guests into the tree canopy with open decks and raised chalets among mopane trees, providing unique views of passing wildlife.
Onguma Tented Camp blends classic safari-style tents with modern facilities, while Ongava Tented Camp is set deeper in the bush, with large tented rooms in a peaceful, leafy environment.
All properties focus on quality service, good meals, and easy access to Etosha for game drives that often begin at dawn and continue into the cooler evening hours. Guests can enjoy guided drives in both the Onguma Reserve and Etosha National Park, as well as activities such as rhino tracking, birdwatching walks, and photography tours.
Each lodge has its own waterhole, which attracts wildlife like elephant, giraffe, kudu, and antelope. Guests can watch these animals up close from hides or shaded viewing decks. Evenings often include sundowners and meals under the stars, with attentive staff providing friendly and personal service.
